Our sessions focus is on the breath and being present in the moment. There is no getting it right or wrong here, we practice alignment with the current moment.
Whether you are working on releasing past hurts and attachments or strengthening your visualization practice; our sessions can be tailored to any experience level, from first-timers to "advanced".
Each session consists of a deep dive into your current state of being, uncovering any goals or blockages you wish to explore. Once our intentions are clear, I will guide you into a meditative state where deep mediative and mindful practices are employed.
