Here I’ll guide you into a relaxed meditative state while I access the energy centers of both the body and the subtle. While you rest, I connect with your healing team (guides, ancestors, angles, etc.) to uncover blockages, and remove stuck energies.

Once the energy session is complete, I gently guide you out of your meditative state and, we discuss any findings from the session and close with suggestions to continue on your healing journey.
