I specialize in taking a straightforward and holistic approach to actualizing lasting results in the overall culture of the workspace and wellbeing of your team.

M&M is a moving, breathing guided meditation. Combining the passive postures of Yin Yoga to quiet the mind & body and BreathWork to release & connect with inner self.
PRESECNCE PRACTICE
In this workshop, team members learn how to use various mindfulness techniques that can bring them back to the present moment — even when they’re stressed, anxious, worried, or overwhelmed
MEDITATION FOR STRESS RELIEF
Meditation is a practice of aligning the mind, body and, spirit by going deep within to access the power of your belief. Our sessions focus on the power of praynayama breath and/or visualization techniques to clear the mind to achieve a deeply relaxed meditative state.
JOURNAL & BREATHE FOR FOCUS AND CREATIVITY
Mindful breathing awakens clarity, reduces stress, promotes mental-emotional health.
Team members will learn how to quiet the mind through breath and channel what is within them through a 'Free Writing and Review' workshop. Free Writing is one of the most creative and liberating writing exercises you can do to gain greater understanding of self and creative process.
